Couples Counselling
Are you experiencing a sticky time in your relationship with challenges taking over the day-to-day enjoyment you both used to share together? or have you decided to part and want to keep the experience as positive as possible for the children and yourselves?
Or is this a new relationship and you wish to secure yourself on a solid foundation that will set up the best you can for the future? Then couples counselling could be helpful for you to identify and learn about personal traits and understandings of relationships and work towards strengthening and working in harmony with each other.
Jo enjoys seeing couples find the love in their relationship again and move forward into an exciting future together.
Support for Women
Jo has deep compassion for women who are struggling with Depression, Post–Natal depression, Anxiety, Menopause, or Empty-Nesters.
